The problem we solve

The organizational cost of overlooking mental health

Mental health conditions among working populations represent one of the most consequential risks facing organizations today. Burnout, anxiety, depression, and social isolation do not remain confined to individual experience; they manifest in reduced productivity, elevated absenteeism, low morale, accelerated turnover, and diminished organizational cohesion.

Despite the magnitude of this challenge, most organizations lack access to reliable, scientifically grounded data on the mental health and well-being of their own workforce. Generic employee satisfaction surveys and anecdotal reporting offer an incomplete and often misleading picture. Strategic decisions on workforce planning, benefits design, organizational restructuring, or policy formulation are consequently made without the empirical foundation they require.

Yvy Consultancy was established to address this gap. We bring the methodological standards of academic behavioral science to organizational research, enabling institutions of all sizes to understand and respond to workforce mental health challenges with comprehensive and flexible research solutions.

What we do

Research services built for decision-makers

Yvy Consultancy provides a structured suite of research services designed to generate reliable intelligence on workforce mental health and organizational well-being. Our engagements are fully digital, conducted with strict confidentiality and participant anonymity, and adaptable to organizations of varying size, sector, and research objectives, across multiple countries.

Mental health prevalence assessment

We assess the prevalence and risk distribution of various types of relevant mental health states, including burnout, risk of depression, anxiety levels, cognitive function, loneliness, AI anxiety, etc. Findings are reported at the aggregate level, ensuring participant anonymity.

Organizational well-being metrics

We evaluate key dimensions of organizational health, such as job satisfaction, employee engagement, and turnover intention, using evidence-based methods such as validated psychometric instruments. We examine whether these indicators act as potential drivers of the mental well-being of the groups under study, informing operational and HR strategy.

Qualitative driver analysis

Quantitative metrics identify what is present; qualitative analysis illuminates why. Through AI-assisted analysis of textual data, we explore the organizational, environmental, and relational factors contributing to observed well-being challenges.

Bespoke research engagements

We design and implement custom research projects tailored to client-specific strategic questions. Whether addressing a discrete organizational challenge or a broad institutional inquiry, we work collaboratively with you to define objectives, develop appropriate instruments, and deliver findings of direct strategic utility.

About

About Yvy Consultancy

Yvy Consultancy LLC is a research consultancy specializing in mental health and organizational well-being. We can operate internationally, across diverse national and organizational contexts.

Why “Yvy”? Our name comes from Yvy Maraey, a word in the Tupi-Guarani language, spoken by the Guarani people in South America. It means “The Land Without Evil”: a mythical place free of suffering where people can live in full harmony. In fact, Yvy Maraey was a symbolic state that the Guarani constantly and actively pursued amid adversity and hardships. It reflects our belief that well-being is not a fixed destination, but a direction that organizations can keep moving toward with intention, especially in an uncertain and demanding world.

Our team comprises researchers with established academic credentials and applied expertise in mental health, behavioral sciences, neurosciences, social work, and statistics. We have contributed extensively to the peer-reviewed scientific literature, and we bring that commitment to methodological excellence directly to our client engagements.
